^^^ is that you mean your requist is rejected, or you get PM from him saying that you will not get the invite.
Dont think that you PM him and you will get the invite within a day, It will takes some time. If you are match with the Requirements He will send you sure and if you PM him with your SEEDBOX speed test then there will no qustion about not getting the SCC invite.
Dont PM him again about saying that you still dont get the invite.
