The only other sites (besides the ones you mention)I have read about is DesiBBrG, iDesiR and ICTorrent.

That's a good idea mate! Looks u haven't got any one for Chinese. As I know, CHDBits, HDChina and TorrenTGui are the best Chinese tracker for movies, they r all HD trackers.
As to music, I only know open.cd which is new, but provide good music.
