Check out mp3scene.org and music-torrents.org. Both have open signups now even if I'm not mistaken. Music-torrents in particular is very complete when it comes to scene music releases.

Does anyone have any news on heavensource, the polish general tracker where the vipmusic autouploads took place after it went down? HS has been down for more than a week now.
