I don't really know what happened, but if you executed that command on the dedicated servers of your customers, then what you did was unethical. If those were not dedicated servers, then I don't know if what you did was wrong.

They were not dedicated servers they were shared servers containing a lot of my intellectual property and customers I was supposed to be paid for.

Anyway the contract stipulates being paid by the end of 2011 so we'll see what happens by then.

So you wiped the servers before the deadline of your contract? Talk about jumping the gun on extrajudicial punitive actions.


I wonder if your actions will allow them to say that you broke the contract and now they don't have to pay you.
