i cant get into my black cats account either. i put in what i thought was my unique word and had no joy.

If you would like to speak to us, you can join our IRC network at irc.blackcats-games.net:6667. Once you join our network you will be in a room called #waitingroom, once there type "/j #help" and the next available staff member will be able to help you.
Why would we email a guy who says he is someone a keyword that only he can use to get in.
Doesnt that make a mockery off the security system we have in place to start with.
