Accepting that this may be trite, short term pain, long term gain.
Just be honest with yourself and those around you. It will make you (and them) feel better in the long run.
And beig open from the start is better for you too. A problem shared is a problem halved :)
We seemed to have digressed from the compliments...but what nice (if a little confusing) words on honesty.
You need to embrace your problems rather than hide from them :)
