I like skunks. I saw this youtube video of a woman who has a tame skunk, it looked wicked.

They're neat; my sister had a couple of them, they tend to be kind of susceptible to sickness, as I remember, and the vet bills were kinda large - she got away from them for that reason, but they were quite playful and snuggly.
This was in Georgia, and they outlawed black-and-white skunks so as to ensure people bought the domesticated versions rather than de-scenting and trying to tame wild skunks (rabies, etc., being a concern), so the variety of colors and stripes was striking.
Her favorite one was champagne-colored with pearl-white stripes.
I used to have some pictures; I'll look around.
I've always wanted a ferret, but unless you get them in pairs, they tend to get despondent, I hear, and their sense of adventure is a bit over-the-top.
Keeping them out of trouble is pretty tough.
