I found out what psu ment finally and hopefully this case will do.
DYNAPOWER Black ATX Mid-Tower Case with 430W Power Supply, Model "86B2
Case
It looks fancy but I hope it is effective.
in the PC market, you get quality if you pay for it. just because its "cheap" doesn't mean its "good" if anything it usually means the direct opposite. you want an AMD64 system? i suggest spending no less then $1000. if you can't afford that then lower your aim. with your budgetting and how you pick things your more liable to get your PC home then have something break a few weeks later. no good 512stick of DDR400 is going to run 70 dollars. no quality effiecient 400w PSU is going to cost 40 dollars. also a 5200 wont get you anywhere but low settings on any games coming out soon.Quote:

It's not about the quantity of watts, it's about the quality of the PSU.And you won't get a high or even mid quality PSU for $29.99 - Case included. You'll get a POS PSU.And when you get a POS PSU, the other hardware components in your system might become screwed up POS too, in future.
Get a cheaper processor and motherboard, and use the money for a better Vga card and PSU.
Processor:
Amd Athlon Xp 2500+ - Retail - $80
Motherboard:
Gigabyte GA-7N400-L Motherboard - Retail -$66
Vga Card:
Sapphire ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb 256bit - $206
Memory:
Corsair Value Select 512MB PC3200 DDR 400MHz CL3 Memory - $95
Hdd:
Seagate 80 GB IDE Hard Drive - $66
Case:
Enermax Silver ATX Mid Tower Case - Retail - $55
PSU:
Fortron 530 Watt - $75, you get a free newegg t-shirt too!!!!
Total: $643
Lots of people reconmended AMD amd xp 2500 , They say you can overclock it to reach 3200 performance. So why do they even sell 3200? But I will take the PSU case links , thanks
