I mean admittedly I used to drink about 4/5 litres while trying to pass urine tests but that used to make you feel shitty

I saw this australian thing once where someone died of that, they said the x made her misread her body signals, so she sort of thought she&#39;d drunk too little and that she was thirsty.

And it was at this rave too, and you gotta make sure you get enough fluids at those, &#39;cos it&#39;s really easy to get dehydrated when you dance for long intervals.
