lol i have the opposite problem...
i cant stop growing :frusty: im almost 6"2 and only 15 :01: but im not wide just tall and not too slim just normal... perfect BMI (150lbs)
just drink lots milk also dont go to a gym or anything below 16 or 17 because u are still growing give nature a chance ;)
also its better to be slim instead of obese ;)
be happy the way u are

I used steroids when I was a teenager. As soon as I put the needle in I wqas instantly transformed into a tramp.
I'm actually surprised that no-one thought to mention that as a drawback to using them in the other thread :huh:
