I still use Kazaalite now and then, but I have moved on like most people to BT, emule (one of my favourites) and SoulSeek. :)

i use:
BT - movies, good stuff
KLR - porn clips, and individual songs, but you need to use MP3Shield with it to root out the fakes.
soulseek - (im not sure what i use it for, have gotten into it to much...yet)
