Personally I'm glad baseball's gone (altho' I never knew it was there) - it's the most boring game on earth and only N. Americans care about it.

I think of the Olympics as being ultra athletic. (I think Japan plays baseball :unsure: )

I thought Curling was a Winter Olympic Sport :unsure:
I think lots of countries play it, in Europe at least. Prolly most countries with a bit of cold weather in winter. I too think of the Olympics as being athletic competition so Golf would be a pretty stupid inclusion. Perhaps that's why Baseball went.
