Dunno what's happening but since last night the board loads really slow and sometimes posts of mine don't appear at the end of the threads.
Tried the old "clear cache and cookies" thingy, but that didn't help.
what skin, what's the exact url you are using, and what url is showing in the adress bar when it shows the 404?Quote:

What bug? I believe it's meant to be there, like the old version had something similar at one stage.Quote:

Well yes and no. It does the same job but it obv looks different due to the upgrade to 3.5
You probably didn't notice it in the old thing because it was shorter but i think it was there too.
Just not sure why the browser isn't changing that into " but i can see if I can do it from the php code.
Still have the 404 problem after all. It appears to be at first login and at this url. I am using synapse skin atm.

There's no reason it would go to profile.php, i dont have that problem.
Can you give more info?
I have cleared my cache and it's not helped. I have also reset my bookmark again but it still keeps refering back to the url I gave you. It only happens at initial login when I open firefox.
It was also the same issue with Pete Moss HERE. I suggest to use a complete url as a bookmark being http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/index.php which solved his issue...
Is it me or has the search function gone really really slow.
Is it always slow for you?Quote:

When you hit reply, write your reply first without the link, next if you highlight the text that you want to make into a link, then hit the insert link button (looks like a globe with an sidways '8' under it), it will then give you the option of putting the link into a box which pops up.Quote:

Alternatively, click on the insert link button (the world with the sideways 8 character), and insert the link.Quote:

Even more alternatively, just type namegoeshere.
