I would like to be a part of E****. I've heard a little bit about it and read a couple of reviews, and it looks like its the lossless music paradise, not to mention a great community of music lovers. I have a diverse musical taste, but I usually listen to Rock, Reggae, Jazz and Classical music. My favorite band of all times is Pink Floyd, and my favorite Pink Floyd records are "The Dark Side of the Moon", "A Saucerful of Secrets" and "Wish You Were Here".

As suggested by Shafter in that thread, I have installed EAC, and started experimenting with it, but have yet to upload any music I ripped to any tracker (too damn afraid to upload anything on Oink, due to their extremely strict uploading rules).
On a personal note, I would just like to note that I try to be a good and constructive member in all the sites I join. Given the choice, I would prefer a tracker with a good community on a content only tracker in a second. If I don't like a site which I join, I usually attempt to delete the account or let it die, rather than give it away to unknown individuals. I don't trade and I don't cheat. First thing I do on trackers I join is read the rules and FAQ, and follow them. I like to share with others what I have, and avoid becoming a burden on the sites I use. If I suspect that I will not be able to seed back a torrent, I will think twice before downloading it. I usually attempt to seed torrents for as long as I can (until my HD bursts and needs cleaning up, that is). This policy had helped me keep good ratios on all trackers I'm in, despite the fact that my internet connection is nothing to rave about. I'm attaching a screenie from Oink, as it's the most relevant tracker I found, although I have better stats at other trackers:

I would like a e**** invite or a revolt invite if possible. I have mostly been only downloading flac albums from oink and it seems like e**** would fit my needs since it is only allows albums encoded in flac. I have very broad musical tastes and some of the artists that I like aren't available in flac from oink. I believe that since e**** is a flac only tracker, I should be able to find some of those rare artists that I listen to in flac on that tracker. If I don't quality for a e**** invite, I would really like a revolt invite because of the community there. I've heard that it is a small close knit community that helps out theire members and I believe I could be an asset to them.
If you check my history you will see that I only have 4 reps. All 4 reps were not for invite trading or account trading but rather invites that I have given away. Even though 3 of them have the word trader in there, if you look at the threads I started and compare the dates with those reps, you will see that they correspond to when I gave away invites.

I would really like this invite because i love indie, and classical music, and I can never find them. I always seed and keep my torrents on for a long time. I hope that you can give me an E**** invite, because i checked, and Skizo deleted my earlier post. That said and done, if inspite of advice and evidence to the contrary one feels that pursuing hopes and aspirations is encouraged and all Noobs like me should continue to put effort and have a chance at winning.

fighting chance? idk i kinda threw that one out the window even before this thread begun. did some things while at the time i thought i was doing a good thing for fellow fst users but after alot of thinking a few cues from other users and recieving SEVERAL irate and nasty pm messages i now realize it wasnt a good thing. infact was a very poor and rotten thing for me to do. although it wasnt trading it was just as bad if not worse. but hey we all make mistakes learn from them and proceed to move on. not that by learning from them makes them any less of a mistake its just a learning process that molds us into the person we shall become in the future. so anyway as for a fighting chance naw. it however has been rather enlightening to take part in this. ive learned a few things about some other members as well as myself. so therefor while not walking away with what i had hoped. ive walked away with something that is even more valuable. another lesson learned that has already begun to change my outlook on a few things for the better and help mold me into a better person. and that in my eyes is more important to me than an invite to a tracker even though its a great one from what ive heard its just not as important to me as what i have walked away with. ill take what i have walked away with over and invite anyday (ANY and EVERYBODY should as well). after all you usually only get one chance to learn from each mistake.and my saying id rather walk away with what i have than an invite (although that would be nice too just isnt gonna happen) is not meant to put down any of these sites as they are all great from what ive heard or disrespect or loyalty. it has to do with self improvement. well anyway sorry for the long rant so to speak. good luck to everyone. just wish everyone could get what they asked for that deserve it. cheers :)Quote:

The tracker staff are looking to see if you are worthy of an invite, not that you want an invite, think about the difference in that requirement.

if you still seed up 1.2 its not really a h&r though is it? i always thought it was 1.0 or xxhrs. although im a firm believer in seeding as long as you can. i have files that have been seeding for nearly 6 months. but thats just me personally.Quote:

Here is another consideration for myself to be selected for F**. Of course I will seed anything and everything to the point where it no longer exist and I can benefit the site with seeding but other than that I am an active users especially in forums because I like to help others with problems and also help find anything that other users are looking for. Other than what I have mentioned I wanted F** because I want to be apart of their DVD Club, Fight Club and maybe even Anime Club.
