I managed to make one myself using PhotoFiltre and Microsoft's GIF Animator :)

I've heard about PhotoFiltre, but never attempted to use it.

Is it any good?

The older versions are good, but I think it turned into some bloated suite now. I use v6.2.7 and it suffices for my little non-expert photographic work. :)

no one uses them anymore, they are thing of the past. have never seen one favicon holding merlins-loft, great tracker. can someone post if they find or know exist?
