hahaha
I like the way to pass your time and yes you all have different interests
I am a finance student so that I usually prefer to read ASX stock market news and other finance related news in my free time.
The stock market. Isn't the place where people make money while not actually contributing anything to society or am I confusing it with the Mexican drug cartels?
Oh no, you mean it it happened again?

'Merica.
Lately I have specialized and documented in the field of investigations. I even managed to keep in touch with different important people working in this field, I took part in advanced studies in forensic investigation and in legal medicine. It's a job that does not harden your soul. It sensitizes you!
The Zodiac Killer (1971)
For a fan of unresolved enigmas, Zodiac's crimes are among the most shocking and frustrating of all. Almost anyone heard of the Zodiac - a killer who targeted young couples and provoked police and press with bizarre messages - but few seem to know that he has never been identified and the case remains open until today.
Interesting Dion, and not trying to get personal , but how does it sensitize you?? I would always think that watching things out of the norm would either harden your soul/views or make you sympathize/agree/accept it??
"I took part in advanced studies in forensic investigation and in legal medicine". Saying this Dion i am assuming our were the test subject:lol: , just kidding buddy, i always knew your were smarter than Meg and Idol combined :whistling
I haven't watched this on Netflix yet, but it does look interesting....

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but you're talking rubbish.
First off, my country is NOT a 4th world country. In case you didn't know, starting with 2021 you'll need ETIAS visa to enter my country, so fuck off!
https://www.etiaseurope.eu/
Second, in about 12 hours I could be in Idol's backyard easily.
Third, here's a new thing for ya: I started my studies in my non 4th world country and then I did the practice in France, Belgium and Norway. Oh, I didn't needed passport, the ID was just fine! ;)
Yeah, I know. It's a paradox. Personally, bad things sometimes overwhelm me so much, that I can reach the extreme limits, but eventually you can not stop thinking to the one who's mourning. People are different and reacts differently. Here's your answear.
I didn't really read too much into the the EATASS visa thing, but I'm fairly certain it's mainly just to ensure that Americans entering the country have had booster shots against rabies (for the large numbers of stray dogs roaming the streets), tetanus (due to the rusty, decaying buildings), and malaria (because what 4th world country doesn't have malaria infestations?) and common issues like that.
It was certainly nice of those countries to take in a refugee. I believe it's good to give the less fortunate a hand up. Proper food, clothing, a clean place to sleep, and basic education-- who knows maybe you could have a fighting chance at mediocrity.
From what I hear, Idol lives in a pretty nice area, so security would find you squatting in Idol's back yard and have you removed.
I don't know what are talking about, but in my country the only dogs you'd see will be those in the zoo. Proper food, clothing, a clean place to sleep, and basic education is a worldwide problem, meg!
That's not how it works, racist. Security only gets involved if he is Black or Hispanic just like in America.
Actually repeated exposure to anything desensitives you to it. I believe what you may be having is more along the lines of a mental breakdown.:)
I never thought I'd say this but thankfully it would take me a lot less time than that to kill myself.
I'll admit I don't know the specifics of your country because whenever I see those late night campaigns with the bloated out babies, the flies buzzing around their heads, and the heartstring-pulling music begging for donations, I change the channel and find stuff I don't need on Amazon.
Not sure what the core curriculum is for Scotland Yard detectives or our Federal investigators, but I'm fairly certain it doesn't depend as heavily on Lifetime drama television shows to 'sensitise' oneself to the 'criminal mindset'.
And dogs only in zoos? WTF is wrong with you people??? Hug a puppy sometime, you monsters!
You forget he will wreak of *foreigner* and AXE body spray. Special circumstances apply.
Meg is :geptardrod:, and the other one won't be far behind Dion;), now you are talking to 2 well educated people and all they do is complain about the rich:noes:
My mom is dead, and if she digs her way out of the ground, let me know if she walks to you to visit:D
What really amazes me with those commercials/infomercials is they never seem to show the dictators running those countries palaces/mansions, and not give 2 shits about there own people outside of there circle.....
Did you or do you think many people think that way Meg?? Or what type of Government system they have to run those countries?? And how many people google the leaders of those countries before they give donations?? Better yet do you really know who gets the funds??. Stopped giving to UNICEF many years ago after doing some research and seeing that money is actually going to finance Terrorism:yup:
I don't know, Shay. Ask Dion, he usually gets a new government every 6 months or so. :p
Your statement is quite magnificent in it's irony, my friend. I suggest you take a moment to ponder it.
As for "being against the rich", it's not wealth but excessive wealth that's the problem. Same now as it's alway been and as actually educated people as opposed to Brian Kilmeade will tell you is one of the keys to the fall of nations. The voices of a few immensely rich people become more power than the voices of the majority, the government starts kowtowing to few by placing their concerns above the concerns of the majority and then it all goes to hell. Tell me this isn't what happened in Rome, France, St Petersburg, Tehran etc and what's happening in America now.
Btw it doesn't bother you at all that 'merica chose/has as it's leader someone almost uniquely unqualified for the job as oppsed to say someone like that commie Indian bastard Liz Warren who soars above the orange one in experience, intellect, integrity and empathy?
I leave you with this maybe because it bothers me to have him called commander in Chief so much or maybe because I've been using the word small to describe Trump of late myself.

The Wrong Turn
The rape and murder of 21-year-old Angela Crowley, whose strangled body was retrieved from a Florida canal in May 1986. In October 2013, moments before his execution, convict William Happ confessed to the crime following years of denial.
1:23:45
Plant workers and firefighters put their lives on the line to control a catastrophic 1986 explosion at a Soviet nuclear power plant.
Finished the season of Warrior. Worth the watch; ended up being a show I looked forward to each week. Hopefully it will get further seasons.
I'd like to think Shay is made of sterner stuff. I'd like to think that but I don't.
He probably was golfing, got too much sun, fell into a sandtrap got confused and thought he was in Israel and decided to settle there.
Hopefully the club doesn't have any Arab caddies or things could turn ugly.
Haven't wtched the last two episodes. Not sure if the lack of tits or the lack of plot was the reason. As a guy I guess I'm going to have to go with tits.
By 'sensitized' you mean masturbate to, don't you.
Looks like Warrior is getting a 2nd season https://deadline.com/2019/04/warrior...in-1202600027/
Quilbillies
The death of 15-year-old Allison Tornensis, whose body was washed up on the shores of the Little Quilcene River in 1992. The case remained unsolved until July 2000, when Robert Froehlich confessed his guilt at an Oregan sheriff's office.
Please Remain Calm
With untold millions at risk after the Chernobyl explosion, nuclear physicist Ulana Khomyuk makes a desperate attempt to reach Valery Legasov, a leading Soviet nuclear physicist, and warn him about the threat of second explosion that could devastate the continent.
Amelie rennt
A girl struggling with asthma is taken to a clinic in South Tyrol to be cured. After some time she decides to get out of this hell (that's how she feels about it) and soon she'll meet a new friend. Together they try to reach the peak of a mountain where, according to an old custom, she can be healed. The girl is not murdered or raped.
We see "the girl is not murdered or raped". Dion sees "opportunity missed".
Anyone seen Luther? They are advertising it nonstop for weeks now...
I copied the description because that is pretty much exactly what you get with the show. I watched most of the first season. It definitely has a British television style to it. There are some notably good characters in it, one who shows up fairly early in the season. Worth a watch if the description AND the British style appeal to you.Quote:

Open Wide, O Earth
Lyudmilla Ignatenko, a Pripyat resident, ignores warning about her firefighter husband's contamination; Valery Legasov lays out a decontamination plan, complete with human risks.
You know what's surprisingly good? Nos4a2.
City on a Hill seems to have potential.
In other news, just watched Season 5 of "Bosch". It was okay. Don't know if it was the story line or if it's the overall age of the show, but it did not grab me as much as earlier seasons.
I watched all of the first season of Bosch. Could not remember how much of season 2 I had seen-- felt like I could not really tell the difference between the seasons. Should I dive in? Just felt like more of the same.
I like the show, and don't get me wrong, this one wasn't bad, it felt just not as good as the first seasons... There are a couple overarching story lines, like the murder of his mother or his relationship with his ex-wife, that connect the five seasons, even though each season is effectively one case he's working.
I'd give it another shot.
Thank you, I'll keep it on my list.
I Am Mother was surprisingly well made, hade a great small cast, and pulls off a good dystopian sci-fi. Don't watch the preview, it gives too much away. Dive in if this is your kind of movie.
Interesting. I had not heard anything about it, so looked it up. You are going against the critics for once. Now I have to give it a shot. If it sucks, I have you to blame.
I haven't read any reviews so my mind isn't being influenced by what other people are telling me I should think.
That said I'm only five episodes in of the ten episode season. So far I'd give it a nine or if I was being totally objective maybe an eight. Obviously though there is still time for things to turn totally to shit like in the case of Doom Patrol so I may in the end be completely wrong about this to.
Edit. Read some negative reviews on IMDB. Most were complaining that it wasn't just like the novel.I suggest they never watch anything based on a book ever then. Either that or they, god forbid, took their time to give the characters a little depth instead of being some wank Stephen Kingish version of some frantic Marvel movie. In this case I suggest thy don't ever go praising the highly touted Better Call Saul then which most times would lose a race to mollasses.
The LA Times seems to like NOS4A2; ScreenRant doesn't-- but they appear to like being negative. Honestly, it sounds pretty good to me. Other negatives came from blogger-level sources.
Still holding you accountable
Murky Affairs
The case of Kathy Goble, who disappeared in April 2010. West Virginia State Police recovered the 62-year-old saleswoman's decapitated and dismembered body from a co-worker's garden, precisely two years later. Charles Eugene March's son found the remains while during yard work.
The Happiness of All Mankind
Valery Legasov and Soviet Deputy Prime Minister Boris Shcherbina consider using lunar rovers to remove radioactive debris. Ulana Khomyuk faces government hurdles in determining the truth about the cause of the explosion.
I felt it fell a little flat in the middle but came back strongly in the end although the last episodeSpoiler: Showoffered very little resolution.
All in all would have been better as a movie than a series.
I would rather hit myself repeatedly in the face than watch another wank Netflix dystopian orginal movie.
I opted to actually be on time for work last night instead of downloading NOS4A2. I regret that now as I struggled to find *anything* of interest last night. Also, due to a rules enforcement regarding my leaving things at the house I 'work' in I have been forced to watch my Epson 2150 projector on a 40" screen (like a filthy peasant) rather than my 50" or 52" (can't remember) :emo:
I'd rather watch you repeatedly hit yourself in the face than any dystopian movie.
