I think TranceRoute should be level 3 or 3.5? It was open for sign-ups not long ago and has a decent amount of requests for it. Has been traded for SweDVDR, ScT so some people value it higher...

I know some peeps like freebies (I know I do!) and this trackers offers quite a few free leech files.
It's an English tracker that's easy to get into but shouldn't not be underrated because of this. At this tracker, almost all major game titles have been offered as free leech on release (C&C3, STALKER, Supreme Commander etc just to name a few lately). In other words, it's a good starting tracker to build up a good ratio on and to help build up buffers on your other trackers ;).
