This is a true story though I'm not proud of it. In a bike race once, I got frustrated because I kept trying to break away but I kept getting chased down so I tried to ride a guy into a hay wagon that was parked by the side of the road. If it had worked he could have died. Died like in dead died. I assume a gimme in cycling is something like that.
