I'm not a member, but they appear to be up for me - I see their logo and application form link in the homepage, with no "down for maintenance" message.

I'm not a member, but they appear to be up for me - I see their logo and application form link in the homepage, with no "down for maintenance" message.

You can read the message after type the user´s pincode, so if you don´t have an account you can´t see nothing ;)
