uTorrent, tried azurues but i hate java.
uttorent is easier to use and seems to use less resources than most.
I use Enhanced CTorrent under a linux shell. Very simple, written in C++, and uses very little resources.
utorrent.. version 1.06 small lovely and doesnt max out my resources.. love it
uTorrent all the way :D

Besides being low on resource usage, it is not banned in certain trackers that I frequent.
