TL has still closed invites? If so, then I think it should be higher a level or a two, even though most people are going to say - "everyone has it, bah". Actually theres lots of people, who don't have it & are desperately searching for it. Some say, that the userbase is tooooo large in TL. Actually it's not. There's about as much registred users as in OiNK (or even less).

tstracker is up now as long it's hard to get an invite some people trade it with level 5 invites
I can't understand why RTS is Level2,Some level2 and level3 trackers open their signups sometimes.But RTS never opened signup.php page :)

TheDVDClub UP. 25 gb upload, 4 weeks etc. to get an invite. Very nice tracker.
RTS ffs, they left that link for 7-8 hours open and maximum 200 users registered.. so RTS UP.
SCN same, no signups left. UP.
