I believe that Bitsoup admin, alongside running various fake prize competitions and all sorts of other donation begging scams, introduced some bizarre thing called "lights out" where all non donators get randomly locked out of the site for arbitrary periods unless they donate, leading to an exodus of users. There's an article on TorrentFreak about it along with the obligatory sub reddit etc.Quote:
