I think Iplay is a lvl 6 .. open signups for 5 mins and up to lvl 1 .. no.. iplay is a lvl 6 .. :)

Swebits was always open and it always was level 3. Iplay opened signups for a couple of minutes and became Demonoid.

Though it's good too see that WIAW list loses touch with reality.

Yep, there are more like extremebits, pussytorrents, rushbits, hdbits.ro, scc and some others. They are (were) open for AGES.
