type the following in putty when you are connected to your server:
yum -y install wine

it's how you install wine, eh.. :)

Go here and read that. Tells you everything.

And no, wine is not like Windows OS. It is an emulator that allows you to run some windows programs.
If you just read the tutorial, it tells you step by step what to do.
If you cannot follow that tutorial, like it says in it, you really shouldn't have a server in the first place.
