i reformatted my computer and i don't have the the keyword anymore. I did generate it though.
I tried the recover but i totally forgot my email since it's my ISP email /w its password.
PLEASE HELP!

I'm not one to usually ask for help but I am at a loss as to how to get into my account. I have tried to recover my account details through the system but have never recieved an email. I generated my keyword but never wrote it down.
