Morrowind for me.
It's one of the first games to draw me in and keep me entertained until the late hours of the night. And, despite having played it since it's release, I can still play it without getting bored.

Definitely GTA series.. I can't pull out any title (GTA Vice City, GTA III etc) as best, because I adore them all.. Tho GTA IV is laggy on my high end PC.. damnit..

Deus Ex. The story, the gameplay, the graphics (for its time) were all great. I still play it sometimes.
