+1 means an affirmation/agreement of the quoted passage.

I agree with the reasoning as well, getting invites at TTi is certainly somewhat more difficult than at other trackers with a similar level. How much influence the total number of users should have on this decision I don't know (it seems there's generally very little thought about that) but raising the tracker to a higher level makes sense to me.

Would like to see PT with higher rank. We got vry good speeds, and pres a LOT better than lets say ScT. Review us again if ya like :)

Are you high? Who cares about 20 seconds ahead of ScT ? You are not seriously comparing PT with ScT ? Thats like blasphemy for p2p, really. And the rating is about rarity , not content or pre

not 20 seconds - sometimes it's minutes actually ;)

Sorry of being noob on this thread :P

i've got both pt and sct, and i can honestly say that for anyone that doesnt have a 100mbps connection, pt is probably a better tracker. sorry, but rarity doesnt say it all.

The most important things at a tracker are the content and the speed. And with that 11000 torrents SCT has the best content from the 0day trackers, and also SCT has the best speeds. And you can stay alive at SCT even if you don't have a seedbox. I have 1mb/s upload speed, and I can usually max out my upload speed :whistling

thors should go down 1 lvl at least
may be snowtigers take its place at lvl5
