Why is the forum so sssslllllllooooowwww at loading

Seems touchy if it keeps up will contact tech support to check on it...

Im new here and im getting the slow loading as well, has this always been so ?

Its very rare if you look at the dates inbetween posts and now seems fine...

Do they run a daily defrag on the server? that may help.
