I think the joke should be that Michael Caine organised a couple of hookers to fellate Jim Morrison and the other blokes in the band that no-one knows the name of - but by the end of the joke, the hookers have got everyone in Michael Caine's family involved in the orgy.

A kind of Aristocrats a la South Park scenario :ermm:

When Caine enters the room, he berates the hookers by saying: You were only supposed to blow the bloody Doors off.

Michael Caine needs to have a flashback halfway through the joke that involves an obscure 80's sitcom, an ED-209 has to be in there somewhere and you need to make fun of a minority group. Then it would be "fucking genius".

It is one of the most outrageous things I have ever seen and funny as feck.

It's based on a joke and various comedians discuss how it can be told. Getting more and more OTT as the film goes on.
