OK, so I now have a drive C of 10GB and a drive D of 139GB. Anything else or is that it for the formatting?

Nope, & now you can save your torrents to Drive D.
Thank-you for your help. Now I just got an email from their support saying my server has been upgraded for free to a 1GB Ram and an extra 160GB HDD. Can you give me a step by step setup for installing a FTP server? I suppose I should do that first before I install the FTP Client to transfer the files.
Good for you on the upgrade!
They gave me the upgrade of ram but not the extra 160 gigs of hard drive
I also need to try a WEBUI to work for my Mac now.
Funny that, I had a real go at Max yesterday about pricing and what OVH & others were offering in comparison, I haven't had an offer of anything though! :D
You need to install FileZilla FTP server (or any FTP server you are familiar with) on your server, any client will connect to it.
OK, do you have any guides or tutorials for setting up a FTP server on my seedbox and do you also know if uTorrent WebUI will work for my Mac? WebUI basically is a web browser so it should work, right?
Just download the fliezilla ftp exe & run it. Leave it default and just click ok.
The things you change are later when you change the listening port and add a user, you can have a look here for a pictorial guide:

The only thing I would change is the listening port, change it to somewhere between 55555 & 65000.
Then add a single user, you (chose your username & password), set your home directory to Drive D, give yourself full control of all files & directories, RWDA (then you can delete a folder from within your FTP client).
Webui is FF specific, so you only need to run FF on your MAC, it does not work with safari or opera etc.
I'm still having trouble with the FTP server and I am getting very frustrated. I got a few torrents seeding so I am happy with that. I'll try again tomorrow after work.
Setting up or connecting?
