If they had manage to win in '73 after posting the worst record by a team ever to make the playoffs - "It ain't over till it's over!"I would truly believe in divine providence.
Or maybe in game seven God, like everyone else finally got sick of all the announcers hyperbola and just said "You know what?fuck them " .

Btw I lost interest in watching the playoffs after they stopped having matinee games.
