Danishbits is a relatively small Danish tracker but mainly focusing on uploading Danish torrents. The tracker hasn’t banned any country. The staffs from DB are following their own rules with extreme care, so be careful not to break their rules otherwise you'll be banned. The download speed is extremely good.
There are 2 other Danish trackers which I can recommend: Nordic-T and Nxtgn, both gives very good speed.

hay can anyone confirm is revTT has banned signups from india like SCC or the tracker is banned itself, i think the tracker is banned but some people dont listen
also is russia banned from the what.cd invites channel?

As far as I know, Russia isn't banned from the What.cd invite channel, nor any tracker whatsoever.
