that is right - what we have to do is to share our thougths openly
to understand each other better.

If you would kill somebody or threw someone out without discussion
because he seems to disturbs you, you cannot probably get an impression
of his situation... I mean: sharing thoughts is more interesting than
first method...

although it is really really hard sometimes.

this is difficult - sometimes you know you shouldn't been sitting too
