How to rip streaming movies with firefox

Wow, this thread is old... Nowadays I´d recommend the "Downloadhelper" Firefox extension as its updated frequently and new sites are added often.

but i think in some sites

u have to wait till its start to buffer only not till it load it all

just when u see that they start buffering u can go click Tools>page info> and select the media u want Or right click on it and select copy file location
