Hi RealitY, for some reason I cannot add any more rep points.

Its possible from the link you posted but not possible to do it by my own.

If I click on the user's name directly I dont get quick access to add rep point

Could it be because I have an Infraction ?

someone posted here that he wants me to get another +2 reputation points for two invites I gave him...(for the third one he gave me already)...
why didn't I get it?

Your mouse is on the Buddy List which is NOT where you add Rep points. The member profile is just to look at Rep and you can NOT give it there. You must click the icon to the left of a post. These are the instuctions on adding a point...
