I'm personally into the scifi one's myself.

I am definitely a fan of Prison Break, and I am actaully surprised how high it ranked. It seems to not get due credit from the media in my opinion. I personally am a big Greys Anatomy fan, but I also think Battlestar Gallactica is hugely underrated.(And I dislike scifi,but love BG).

Heroes, PB, lost and 24 are the best. But one my favourites are too Supernatural and My name is earl. And the best Show of all the time is Friends.
Too many shows.... but from that list i would Scrubs... hands down
