^^Let me clarify what i mean't to you(Whether you get, got it, understand it, want to understand, etc). If one black says the word to another black who doesn't have a problem with it, then it's cool (Meaning tolerable). Not cool as the "In" thing to say. I'm not advocating that it's cool for blacks to go to another black person and say what up nigga. I would never do that. I would have to get to know you first and real well at that first.
I use the word sometimes amongst a friend or two(Both friends I have known since being a little toddler) or a group of associates I know, who may engage with that word in their vocabulary. Most of the time I don't use the word at all. Especially due to it's misuse. I have in the past and still do rarely though. Will I refrain from saying it(When in the appropriate crowd and outlet?) No...probably not. Thats my take on it and I will leave it at that.
Skizo don't act like your race doesn't still say it from time to time (Maybe not in the open as much). There are plenty of white folks that still see black people as "nigga's".
