Last film me and the misses saw at a real life cinema was Captain Phillips - it was awesome but some dick heads sat a few seats behind us talked through most of it, UK cinemas you've got three choices - try and ignore them while the staff do nothing, tell the staff and they do nothing or kick off and get thrown out alongside them. :dabs:

Anyway what a lot of the problem is with something like this beyond the silly Spider Manish swinging and the grotesque and unconvincing Planet of the Apes apes is that since Edgar Rice Burroughs penned the original story and now, the World has lost a lot of it's mystery and places like "deepest ,darkness Africa" just don't seem that exotic anymore. Therefore you really have to nail the characters and the story and clearly this movie does neither of those.Instead it resorts to the increasing usual reliance on FX which are really out of place here.

I have an old Pi, i think its Pi1 Model B - it was already running Kodi cos I upgraded it not long ago lyke, i then installed Addon Installer which is noice cos it installs all the repos for you when picking an addon. Connected the Pi back up to the big tellybawcks in the frontroom and its superb :smilie4:
Well how is that related to file sharing Mulder? are you saying you have usb-storage setup via Pi1 and then using it to host something? I suggest you look into ITX infrastructure as it will me more superior in terms of resource with cost in mind. I know trust me I have built one and now hosting it local along with 2 active remote's.

i have a mini-itx mobo in a drawer somewhere that I think still works, but the point of all this was just to get off of torrents and onto streaming for my shitty media centre without spending any money. The Pi1B's weakness is its 512MB, kodi recommends 1GB for streaming - I set it to 0 Caching and its made a little bit of a difference but im still having to leave streams buffering for 30 minutes before pressing play on anything, not good :ermm: The Pi2B has 1GB, I might move up to that eventually
I set up my bike computer to track my energy expenditure in Kilojoules because frankly I've always been a big fan of Joul even if she's apparently gotten fat.
I share this on Strava if anyone here is still into filesharing.
