Basically, the error message indicates some sort of error on their server's SSL routines that's preventing pages from being served. Since PiN forces HTTPS, that rendered them unreachable for the time being.

What happened to tv-vault.org ????

It's a long time since I used that tracker, but I couldn't enter the site for a while. All I get is an error on the webpage, like the site is down forever.

Holy crap there's a lot of trackers closing lately, then again whats really new. Makes you appreciate the ones that have been going strong for years. Can't believe some trackers have been around since 2004 or even before that.
