*This was Amen's major label debut (slave was their debut on drag-u-la records...aswell as "the lost album" which was never produced)...This album was a breakthrough for the band...combining the elements of metal and punk into one sound was brilliance...not to mention their graphic lyrics...they talk about everything in their lyrics and casey has written these lyrics so people can relate to them in their own way was genius...this album is one of my favs and a good starting point for the band...who have gone onto release another 2 albums (their last one was released through casey's own record label...and was only sold at their UK tour dates this year)...but now have been signed up by Daron from SAOD's record label and will release their new album late this year...hopefully they live up to the expectation*
