It's true.. most sites are completely outdated..
I think :
iPlay : 3.5 cause of all the hackers there. (they almost closed it.)
TvTorrent : 4. great.

If you have not been invited to this site, you will start out with 0 credits and will not be able to download until you've made some kind of contribution and proved that you are an asset to this community.
but its still open signup...

If you use the open sign up you start with 0 credit so that means you have to seed before you download... which is a pain. If you get invited you start with atleast 1 GCredit so you can start downloading right away...
