What is the latest movie you watched and what did you think of it?

I watched the newest Harry Potter a couple of weeks ago. Though it wasn't very harry potterish. :dabs:

Green Street Hooligans

Has Elija Wood in it (frodo from Lord of the Rings fame). He plays a rather timid American guy traveling to England to visit his sister. He befriends the leader of a 'firm' (Basically a gang - each soccer team inn England has at least 1 of them). The story is great, and the action scenes are also well done. Great sleeper movie !!!

Knowing- Nic Cage.

A thinly veiled "rapture-fantasy" that didn't piss me off.
In fact, I'd say it was pretty good.

The two main CGI set pieces (the plane and the train) were the best I've seen all year...absolutely spectacular.
It's a mystery why the movie's one real clunker line- "I will never let that happen"- was prominently featured in the trailer, it should have been left on the editing suite floor, but oh well.

Crank 2: High Voltage

decent for hyper action, didnt like too much sf

I thought Crack 2 wasn't that good, kind of weirded me out actually.

But I watched the Zombie Diaries from 2006 (a UK zombie flick), but this one sucked bad.

Indeed good action movie, classic story about hero and his path to revenge, nothing especially new in this area. But i was quite impressed by action sequences, they are intense and they gave you really good martial arts moves which u didnt see before, its obvious they were innovative in this area. U wont find "deep" dialogs in this movie or something smiliar only good fight :). All in all, its definitely worth of watching.

It was on TV yesterday, good movie with impressive cast lineup.

Push. It was suprisingly good with decent idea (apart from "screamers"), good plot towards the end (for an action movie) and awesome soundtrack. 7/10

Pulp Fiction... it was nice, many people say it is THE best... but i dont think so.. maybe back in the day it blow their mind :) but it was good... not the best but good :)

The last movie I've seen is Sorority Row.
It's a good movie. Although there are many

the lord of the rings extended editions absolutely fantastic with the footage that was added

I watched The Killer (1989) last night. It's a John Woo flick, back when he was still doing films in Hong Kong.

It starts out slow, but keeps getting better towards the end. 7,5/10 from me.

I blame my country's TV stations. Too much Danielle Steel if you know what I mean. Btw, I'm always open for good funny movie recommendations. Yes I didn't say comedies on purpose. IMO the funniest movies are the ones that don't try as hard.

if you like the Good Mourning Vietnam one, Platoon, and Full Metal Jacket are great, and one of the better war movies I've seen is Black Hawk Down and Tears Of The Sun.
