If you are one of those affected, you can try using a proxy to log on. Its working for me via a proxy from Netherlands

This sucks... I just waited all night to get this black Friday Toshiba laptop from Best Buy, and I bring it home only to have to wait longer to load it with apps... Anyhow, TL still rocks. I hope it comes back up soon though.

I know but when i try to seed it gives a error.. too i hope my gay ass isp didn't block them
