' very often ' is not the right word for iplay opening signups , moreover the content and speeds are very good , if they keep signups closed for few months and make invites rare , they will climb up quick. :)

yeah iplay is down because it 'opens up' once or twice an year for 24 hrs. or so , thus the really vigilant ones may join then . but again , the content and speed are very good .
iPlay's open signups are like 20 times a year. I had signed up twice for less than a month some time ago. And ScT is in a good place, no matter that a invite is 20$.
