I think that everything is OK now... but...
I suggest to create level 6 or 5.5 to put Ftn and U** in and keep sct in level 5 :) sct :)
Put Sct in level 4.5 and Put FTWR in level 5. Then put Swedvdr in level 4. And put Czone and PT in level 3.5.
No there no demand for FTWR
If SCT goes to level 4.5, then FTN should drop too. PUs can still request for an invite at there.

Honesty how can be possible a tracker with [4.5] be level 2. It's simply an contradiction.
Rarity shouldn't be only considered by the difficulty to getting an invite to some tracker.
You may answer it's not, and i will answer you, it's not what it looks.
Sooner or later probably all trackers will offer several ways to getting access to their invites (look what's happen with sct $$), it's normal .....
The concept of rarity must be more all-embracing.
