can someone give me details or screenshots of the mult player?

From what i've seen, this patch allows people with illegitamate copy of the game, play on public servers.

sadly, ID will probaby come out with an update that will make this patch useless

do i need this patch if i already have the ips in the HOST file?

Has anyone gotten this to work online? I can't get past authorization in multiplayer.

Reviews for Q4 are pretty low in cojunction with the hype Q4 had been given. I was thinking about getting this, but is this any better than D3?

I don't have D3, but it looks good. Should I just get D3 instead of Q4?
