TL is better, because even if a torrent just popup, I download with maximum speed. This never happens in FL, where you have to wait for a torrent to have more seeders than leechers, in order to get max out.
tl is good than fl and so fast in download ...

TL better than file list
I've never heard of File List, But I have been using Torrentleech and I must say they do seed very well there.
I like FL more than TL, mostly becouse of the design :P
