It's definitely a great site, I find it's very near to on-par with TL. Glad they closed signups. Hopefully it will only improve from here. No idea what to do with all these invites though =P

I believe you are all reading this the wrong way. The way I take it, it is saying any account that is registered/invited and that user does not use it within 7 days (upload/download) it will be deleted.
The inactivity rules then vary according to user class...
