A: announcing "BIG changes"
B: Creating a new stylesheet (and there was a new channel on p2p-network #sctorrents which had a topic including the words "New site // ETA 4 weeks")

If the merger isn't finalized.. why would they be wasting their time and lying to everyone about big changes?
