About two weeks ago they had open signups, not sure if it was for 2 or 3 days, but it was open.

WOW that a first to have an open sign up for Bitetv....but on the topic of this thread they are brilliant with trying to fix up problems...they are not rude they are very helpful.also a great bunch of people to deal with.
